The Oscar 428 is the first in the Oscar line of sawmills. Powered by a stout 14 horsepower electric start gas motor, this mill will muscle through the cut with ease. The unit has the same large diameter clutch we run on our larger mills to give trouble free service and longevity. This sawmill has a manual winch to set your depth of cut and has the dual scale system to allow for maximum versatility in cutting dimensional lumber. The mill is also manual feed through the cut. All you have to do is gently push on the carriage. As in the entire Oscar sawmills this mill has a moveable guide tube that allows you to keep the band blade guides close to the wood for maximize accuracy.

The Oscar 330 Pro portable sawmill is the first in our PRO model lineup next to the Oscar-336. This model is economically priced for any woodcutter and comes standard with a 23 HP Electric Start and three 7 foot 3″ welded angle iron ground tracks. This Pro portable sawmill can accommodate a 30″ diameter log and provide you with all of your lumber needs. This mill has a hand crank for height adjustment and is manually pushed through the cut. Comes with a few nice features allowing the operator to customize the controls and sight gauge to fit them. Options like a power feed system or road trailer are available for this mill. A simple machine that is easy to use and maintain!

The Oscar 336 boasts a 23 HP V-twin overhead valve motor allowing you to slice through any wood up to 36″ in diameter. Want more power? Other engines options include a 35hp available motor. The Oscar 336 is available as a ground unit or complete unit on a trailer. The band wheels ride on a heavy-duty 1 ½” shaft supported by two pillow block bearings on each side of the wheel. This configuration distributes the pressure load evenly over the shaft to eliminate premature shaft or bearing failure. We believe so strongly in this we guarantee the main bearings and shafts for 6 YEARS!

The Hud-Son Slabber was designed with you in mind. This is a more economical model that is still able to cut large 52” diameter logs and create 48” countertops, tabletops, bar tops, mantels and more. Powered by a powerful 23HP Briggs and Stratton Vanguard V-twin engine, manual lift for precise measurements, and an affordable 1 ¼ thin kerf blade. The Slabber is built with 19” band wheels, which still allows an 11” maximum thickness cut, while achieving a lower profile sawmill that is easy to operate and maintain.
